After these holidays I’m surprised I’m not at least a good 1,000 pounds.
We had Christmas at 6 different places, where we ate, you guessed it, nothing but crap!
I mean, don’t get me wrong it was all delicious, but goodness!
When it’s stuff you never eat and it’s not the best choices for you, it ruins that diet for sure!
I may have gained a few pounds back after the holiday eating but I am going to do my best to get back on track and reach my goal weight in 2015!
I am excited to be where I want to be and feel good about myself 100% again.
I can’t wait!
I already did two small PiYo workouts today because I haven’t gotten to work out in 4 days and I could tell.
So could the scale.
So today has consisted of a lot of water and a protein shake for breakfast with a small lunch.
I think my body is in shock!
Back to the ol’ workout it is!
I am excited for the new year, to see what it brings for everyone and all the good memories we shall have!
